The child in front of me paid with pennies but came up a bit short. The server kindly gave him the ice cream cone anyway. When I offered to make up the difference, she said she would take care of it from her own tips. I made sure to give her a big tip for that! Well done!

For many years, I've been purchasing ice cream cakes from the Baskin Robbins on NE 39th in Portland to celebrate my husband's birthday. This year, the service was outstanding, especially given the circumstances. The store was well-organized for safe distancing and offered contactless payment, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I picked a time when there are usually fewer customers, which made the visit smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this location for a safe and enjoyable experience, along with their delicious ice cream cake rolls!

Next time i'll be back with my friends. bring your appetite because portions are filling.

To me, B&R is the original gourmet ice cream shop. I hadn't been in years, but had a very nice treat after a long hot day of walking. Sweet girls offering fast service behind the counter. It was the end of the day so everything was a bit bedraggled, but nevermind. Loved it.

Always reliable. Some sugar free offerings, and some low-fat alternatives.
