Ben Jerry's - Portland

Has high expectations since Ben Jerry?s are the king of ice with their super premium pints. But my milkshake was straight water. No thickness no taste. Deducted by the fullest $8 for the worst milkshake I've ever had.

We visited here, hoping to find a milk-free choice, and there was! But it was just one, and I wasn't interested in it. The smell of waffle cone penetrated the air that was beautiful! I really wish there were at least 2 choices of milk free flavors on the menu, though! We moved to another store for our sweet treat.

There was only 1 person working there when we went in about 30 minutes before closing. He was very efficient and friendly. Our group of 6 was served quickly. There were lots of choices, which was good.

Always warmly greeted by any employee there. The shop is clean and smells delicious with fresh baked waffle cones. I especially enjoy their custom cakes which are affordable and easy to order online. My go to is a Coffee Buzz Buzz/ Peanut Butter Cup Shake with whip and I appreciate the paper straw.

Very good experience, ice cream was delicious, of course, but the whole atmosphere was pleasant. Server/worker was extremely upbeat and helpful, you could tell she wanted to work there, it made a hudge different. In my opinion she deserves a raise. It was also nice of them to have a pitcher of water and cups out for anyone who needed a drink.
