I went to the time fast service small line. But they didn't even give me what I had ordered when they gave me the right order. Never go back here.

They go beyond and beyond to take care of the customer. The food is delicious and fresh. The manager and the switching line are absolutely amazing! I came to a low employee day and they were busy. The switching line ran everything like the clockwork, while she was friendly and with gentle words and ensured that the customer was happy.

Came for a milk-free sundae and everything was completely melted when he gave it to us. No trace of ice. Only raspberry topping and melted whip cream (which had turned to foam). That was obviously something they had done earlier by mistakes or something and had been sitting for some time. Very disappointed.

Superior customer service! Burgers, onion rings were hot, hot, hot, delicious, and saw appetite. Coke tasted like... From a bottle and fizzy! And you know what? Food area was clean and well kept, as well as the rest room. Very happy with this Burgerville! Salute to all who are assigned to this store. My only regret; not more than the 20% offered.

When you first pull into the driveway plenty of parking and no trash. Drive-thru was fast. Staff was friendly, price was given to me before I pulled up. Now let's talk about the food. The number six was a little pink in the middle, more than most people would be comfortable with. Fry's were hot, but thrown into the bag, outside any kind of wrapper. Other than that everything was really good. Will try again in a couple of weeks.
