Burgerville - Portland

Haven't eaten at a Burgerville in ages. Food was good but didn't realize we needed to ask for condiments to go with the fries or chicken strips. A bit difficult to swallow chicken strips w/o a sauce.

Always love Burgerville. Fresh Strawberry Milkshakes in March, Walla Walla Onion Rings in Summer and to wrap up my Summer is mt ultimate favorite, Oregon Marionberry Milkshake. Thank you Burgerville.

Love the Walla Walla onion rings. Burgers were very tasty. I think the burgers are back with what they were 5 years ago. They went down a bit, but these last were great.

I lost myself as a customer. I am frustrated with the order accuracy. Can't remember containing the $6 sandwich I paid for. Or the frits are the wrong size, or ask for a dry cheeseburger and they do not contain cheese. But quickly ask for a tip. With less than friendly attitude, if we don't tip 15 . I'm just tired. If it wasn't for the fact that my kids prefer your burgers in other places, I would stop going all together.
