Capital One Cafe - Portland

Fantastic place! I was really impressed with how well they cater to Capital One customers. Derek was extremely helpful with my banking needs. I had a great experience and I highly recommend the Capital One Café—the coffee was excellent!

This place is fantastic! It was not only a very clean and peaceful environment to work in, but Derek was also an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable employee. He took the time to assist me and introduced me to many things I didn't know about my credit card options.

The only downside to this location is the food. I ordered a bagel that was honestly less impressive than what you’d find at a grocery store—completely forgettable and rather plain. On the bright side, the ambiance is fantastic! The lighting is charming, there’s ample seating upstairs, and plenty of power outlets, along with conference rooms and study carrels. It really has the feel of a lounge at an airport. I tried an iced caramel macchiato, and it was decent. If you pay with a Capital One card, you get 50% off, which is quite a deal. But honestly, nobody should have to pay for that bagel! LOL.

A pleasant experience, although ambassadors will face check. It’s clean, the iced matcha is really good. Great for stopping by if you need to hop on a meeting while downtown.

Great atmosphere and the perfect place to study. One of their ambassadors Derek taught me a little about building credit, and was super helpful. They're very friendly here and the food and drink was delicious!
