Dairy Queen - Portland

Standing here inside ordering food after sitting in over 100' for almost 2hrs at the dump and my girlfriend and I sit-down even though the seating looks closed off we're so hot and over 60yrs old and the guy behind the counter told no you can't sit youhave to get up. What the ! Were has customer service and just plain human decency gone. Never will I ever step foot in happyvalley DQ again. Horrible Humans

I ordered an ice water and small m&m blizzard then asked for my door dash order I was there to pick up. I got the most shocking and rude response ever from the China looking man. NO ORDER FOR YOU, I CANCEL, YOU BEEN HERE 10 MINUTES what the hell Ireplied no I havent you got me mixed up with someone else ive been here 2 minutes and couldnt order cause I work for door dash?Border line racism I think lol . was beyond shocked more than anything . and my order wasnt even ready I had to grab the drinkcarrier and put the 3 drinks in and wait another 5min for them to finish the door dash order. I must have missed the notice about the unjustified price increase. My single 'large' (20oz cup) blizzard cost $7.07. It seems like a lot for some basic soft serve and a few pieces of candy blended for only 5 seconds.

The chicken strip meal at this restaurant is left out on a warming rack, resulting in stale and soggy food. Despite this, the Blizzard dessert was enjoyable.

I have visited this restaurant about 10 times and each time, the service has been very slow. The drive-thru speaker barely works. I would rate the blizzards at this location a 3 out of 10. In comparison to other Dairy Queens, they skimp on toppings, resulting in a blizzard that is essentially just vanilla ice cream with minimal flavor. I will not be returning to this particular location.
