Contribuisci feedbackThis is the worst Denny's I have ever been to. It was so cold inside that we decided to order hot chocolate. It was so disgustingly sweet and thick that we couldn't drink it. We ordered an American Slam and a French Toast Slam. The food arrived barely warm and was cold almost immediately. I ate about 1/4 of my food, and my teenage son ate less than 1/2 of his. Yuck.
Our initial experience at the restaurant was very negative. The hostess/waitress treated us poorly, despite the fact that we have two service dogs. When we asked for a table, we were only offered tables that were pushed together for a large party. The server seemed more concerned about a potential group of 15 people arriving later that morning than about serving us, the two paying customers in front of her. After some rearranging, the server insisted we sit at a small two-person table that was too small for us. When we moved to a larger table, the server became hostile, slammed down the menus, and threatened to get the manager. Once we spoke with the manager and were assigned a different server, our experience greatly improved. The new server was polite, efficient, and our meal became enjoyable. We left a generous tip for the excellent service.
The food was incredibly tasty, and our waiter was attentive and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.
Love having breakfast there.but only 2people waiting tables.so mistakes get made on food orders. place was mobbed.toast had no butter bacon way under cooked and got less than normal portions.
I have always loved coming to this restaurant ever since I was a child. However, this morning our server, Felisha, got into an argument with the management in front of our table while we were eating. I understand that she may have been feeling overwhelmed and had a bit of an attitude, but it would have been more professional to handle it privately. Additionally, when we tried to pay our bill, she was uncooperative and rude, refusing to let us pay and offering only a half-hearted apology before storming off.
