Contribuisci feedbackThe Dutch baristas at this location used to be incredibly friendly, but recently there's a new employee named Emma who unfortunately does not reflect that same level of service. She consistently has an unwarranted attitude, and this has been noted not just by me but by several family members who often visit this spot. While some of her issues may stem from needing more training, that won’t change her demeanor. To be honest, she might be better suited for a place like Starbucks with her current attitude. When I tried to make two separate transactions through two different apps, despite having no cars behind me, she responded with, “I don’t want to do that. They can do that up front.”
I really love Dutch Bros. Whenever I want coffee, this is one of the few places I choose to go. Just to clarify, I will never stop at Starbucks; I’d rather go without coffee than visit there.
Today, just like every other day, the baristas were incredibly friendly and chatty. I really appreciate when they show how much they enjoy their work! Overall, it was truly one of my best visits to this franchise yet!
No stars are deserved. My husband who has been going there for 10 years (sometimes two times a day) all of a sudden is called out as mean to the staff. Well all he 's ever been is nice. He 's always so given and cheerful. They don 't deserve to interact with you so we 're taking our business somewhere else.
Always a blast visiting this store! I always ask for a drink suggestion and I've never been disappointed.. that says a lot given the world these days!
