There wasn't a particularly attractive staff member, but the sandwich I had was excellent. The bread was fresh, and the seasoning was just right. Great job!

I wasn't aware that making a sandwich was such a complicated task, but clearly it is. Three out of the four sandwiches we ordered had ingredients that we specifically requested to be excluded due to dietary restrictions. The fourth sandwich even had mold on the bread. As you can imagine, we had no choice but to throw the entire order in the trash. It's time for the staff here to step up their game.

This was my first visit to a Firehouse Subs, and I was impressed to learn that a portion of the proceeds goes to support first responders. The sandwiches were delicious; I ordered the brisket and cheese. The bread was excellent, but I found the meat slightly lacking compared to other sub shops I'm used to, which typically offer more substantial portions. Nevertheless, the sandwich was served hot and tasted fresh—definitely a job well done. We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the restaurant was mostly empty since the dinner rush had passed. The staff was friendly and eager to help. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having dirty/clean cards on the tables to indicate their cleanliness, which is especially nice for a place that serves a lot of customers throughout the day.

The customer service was awesome! I was very surprised to find the meal I came for was on special for $2 off. I delivered it and waited long enough for the consumer to praise the quality.
