Good smokey flavor. The corn salad was a little too spicy for me but the brisket was exceptional. Next time I'll try the pastrami. Also, this may be the friendliest food cart I've ever bought from.
Smoked turkey with harissa? Oh, please. Yes, please.
As a Jewish person I wanted to support this business but I have never encountered such a rude person taking my order ever in my life. My friends and I were all in shock and honestly the food was one of the worst I’ve had. I wouldn’t be writing this review though if it wasn’t for the man screaming on the phone and super annoyed that we were ordering. Who just yells “NO NO NO” to something they are out of? And was just super mad the whole time? We had just had a tragedy in our family and that doesn’t mean we were going to be rude in anyway. We all work in the food industry and we’re shocked at how rude the guy was. Never going here ever again.
Very tasty barbecue I really enjoyed the pastrami and it came on a good quality roll with a spicy spread. The brisket with onion jam was also delicious, as were the beef ribs. The brisket and ribs both came with a unique and flavorful coffee rub. The coleslaw was a bit bland and boring compared to how yummy the meats were, and the fries were unseasoned. I wish you could order the brisket and pastrami as a plate instead of only as sandwiches. I think if this place could up their side game (and have a more active social media presence) it could really be amazing.
