Jam On Hawthorne - Portland

So I went here to meet a date that was vegan! It's a world I have yet to explore. But here's how they earned their stats back... Their mimosas! Those mimosas were soooooo freaking good, lavender, rose, marionberry, peach and mango. Yes. Those flavors. Mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmm I'm going back for the mimosas. Overall the breakfast was decent but not enough for me, I've been before and I've attached those photos as well as the new ones. Still worth a try if you haven't been! It's busy busy so be ready for that!

Incredible. Best heuvos rancheros I've ever had and I'm a HUGE fan. Our waitress was simply perfect. I had to wait a little bit for a table but I ordered a real fruit puree mimosa through their to go window and sipped away outside. They will only seat you if your entire party is present and mine wasn't, but then after a few minutes he let me inside anyway. Super cool host. The place is huge and eclectic. Go go go go!! It's just great.

Delicious variety of brunch options meat and non meat eaters alike. Plenty of options for substituting to your preference too. They are so prepared, the menu has recommendations for if you want something completely vegan or perhaps just vegetarian. I had the vegetarian huevos rancheros and cleaned that plate. It’s big, you don’t need any sides with it. I am definitely coming back for the steelhead hash…

This place is always full for breakfast on the weekend so arrive earlier to avoid the line.

There is no surprise I am leaving this review! This place is hands-down, my most favorite place to eat in the entire world. My Husband and I come here at least 2 to 5 times a month! We have been coming here over seven years and have become really close with the staff, and they always remember our orders and what we like! Couldn’t recommend this place more. You are missing out if you think twice about not trying this place at least once.
