Great place to rent out for private parties on Sat. Or Sunday evening in private room. They help you set up your own music speakers. The you and friends can play all your own instruments...especially Samba and Bossa Nova from Brazil. Terrific acoustics. Variety of beers and terrific food. Friendly wait staff. Perfect Portland hang out with friends. Highly recommended.

Love this friendly and casual neighborhood favorite. We go often for beer, cider, peanuts, sandwiches, pizza by the slice and salads. So so happy it is open again!!

Open, F yah! Killing it in North Portland on the corner of Killingsworth n Concord. I'm solo tonight and studying beer... I mean healthcare of course. Hops are medicine, right? So glad this opened back up in the hood. Get your whole Pizza or slice on. Roomy atmosphere so bring your crew and play some dart. Their Blue Dog Amber hit the spot this rainy weekend after a long day of house cleaning and studying. I deserved this and my Wife is gone so solo stein it is. Treat yo self!!!

Had a cool conversation with management who was friendly, gave me a little run down history lesson of the bar and other local watering holes surrounding the area. Really laid back and chill for a college town bar on a Thursday granite it was February still winter season. All in all had some relative conversation with persons that shared stories of common interest

Met some people here and it was great to have a group setting. I ended up going with the cider which was pretty good. I was definitely disappointed at the menu. I would've liked more choices including some people eat meat sometimes. Service was very slow even though there were three people working at the counter and it was a short line. The food I got was OK but not even memorable, Subway would've done just as well. I would go back if a friend suggested it, but I probably wouldn't make the recommendation.
