My Brother's Crawfish - Portland

This is definitely one of my must-visit places whenever I'm in Portland. Everything I've tried has been fantastic and incredibly delicious. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are the reasons I keep returning!

Real menus do exist, but you need to ask for one, and even then, they inform you that the information is outdated. Accessing the QR menu involves the same cumbersome process of signing into a third-party app, which is just annoying. Once you finally make your selections on the site and add them to your table, don’t expect those orders to go to the server. You still have to tell them what you want, and they’ll write it down manually. If you close the menu page and forget your choices, you’re stuck repeating the whole ordeal to reopen the app. As a former server, I would have found this incredibly frustrating; it’s a ridiculous misuse of technology that complicates things for everyone. And this isn’t the way we do dining in the South. If updating the website isn’t feasible, at least provide actual menus to customers with accurate information. They could even be simple printed sheets. If you need to list the seafood as market price, that’s perfectly fine. On a positive note, the food was good—served promptly, hot, and in generous portions. However, I won’t be returning to a restaurant where finding the menu is such a chore.

The crawfish here is quite good, but the drinks are lacking, especially in terms of beer selection. I recommend asking for gloves; they make it much easier to eat the crawfish. The broth is flavorful as well.

Had the boil and it was so good! I will likely dream about it.

They have a ROBOT!!! But seriously, the food is amazing, the staff are fantastic, go get a boil!
