Namaste Indian Cuisine - Portland

It's good for the price of $14 for the lunch buffet. Fresh salad bar and soft serve ice cream. Was in Portland for a few weeks. It is close to my hotel and parking nearby are available. Fresh food and clean restaurant. Love the chicken curry and the mango soft serve is a must. Even my brother brought here for lunch and enjoyed him. They had a good river of din-in, carry-out and online orders from what I saw. Very good for the price. Very recommended for family and friends!

Their dinner buffet has maybe the best variety/quality Indian food I've had. They routinely have food that's not on a typical menu, and the pricing and food amount is excellent. Fried fish and the chicken dishes are must haves.

Great price for Indian buffet! They were bringing up fresh trays to the buffet pretty consistently while we were dining. The recipes were very tasty!

Fairly reasonable commercial Indian food. Buffets are what they are, they did a pretty good job. I accidentally walked out without paying and came back a few days later after calling. I came back in and paid for my dinner. I felt like an absolute dork but oh well stuff happens sometimes I was a bit tired : and they were quite gracious. Usually I can find parking in the evening time

As with most buffet styles situations not every dish that is offered is perfection. I usually do a small sampler plate at the beginning and narrow it down to the one dish that i find the most interesting as the main with a couple of sides. And in this case it was the goat that was at the very end of the line. Out of the three self-serve soft desserts only one was working which was the mango. It was actually subtle in its taste which I enjoyed. Service and environment were adequate, but a little more attention should be paid to the bathrooms. Overall a pleasant experience.
