Phat Cart - Portland

I had one of her specials tantanmen soup that's so good. it is broth is perfectly seasoned, comes with many noodles, 2 egg halves and laeks. I asked for something extra-green, that was just a dollar extra. highly recommended if not already!

The huh is a masterpiece and everything I tried here is delish. everything has a good taste as if they know what they do. the room is also sweet and adds to the ambiente of a fantastic meal.

Larb tuna poke is to die for, korean beef bento is also very good but less protein volume because of the bones. Great little spot with cozy atmosphere and nice outdoor eating space upstairs! Nothing on this menu disappoints always great food.

This place is amazing! I love the decor and the avocado chicken salad is on point. Great place to get kombucha or beer

Phat Cart has consistently great food and a wonderful atmosphere. One of my faves near PSU.
