Great place that is a little gem in Portland. Staff are friendly and helpful. Menu is pretty focused, but if you're not after the wings you should probably go to the original Pok Pok. Wings were great, as an Australian they weren't like anything I'd hadbefore. I got them spicy, and they aren't too hot. Try the pork bun while you're there? It's quietly fantastic.
Another branch of the famous Thai restaurant. This one is more of a fast food 'in and out ' feel. Though they had good number of people in it, I thought the time they took to bring over the food was a bit more (like 15+ min). I had the tofu wings special -half an order of tofu fried wings, papaya salad and sticky rice. The food was alright. But a bit pricey (over $12) for the dishand it wasn 't to die for. Not a bad place for a quick bite. If you are a vegetarian like me, your choices are very limited.
Quick and clean. Possibly a longer wait time around dinner hours. Not sure what it is but the wings are a bit of a let down compared to the original restaurant recipe. Flavour does not seem as complex and much smaller in size so the lower price is awash compared to the amount of food received. Papaya salad is just as good. Get the Ike?s Wing Special, it gives you a bit ofeverything. Great in a pinch but the original is the place to be.
