While at the window I attempted to transfer money from one account to another, before o could finish I was told I 'm tired of your kind. Then another woman came to my car and called me a fera, which is Spanish for wild beast. I am a 23 year old black women who did not deserve to be treated like this. Photos of the woman are below
Ordered in the app to pick up at the drive thru. On the app there’s no option for butter or strawberry jelly (it only has jelly). Picked up ordered and asked for strawberry jelly and butter specifically and the lady working the drive thru window (chubbier Hispanic lady) started yelling at us saying if we want it then specifically it on the app.Like I would if there was the option??! If you get upset over a customer asking for a simple request then maybe don’t work customer service.
Worst customer service ever went to pick up a mobile order thru the drive thru the girl told me I had to come in and slammed the window on
Asked for ranch with chicken strips and ranch with the shrimp in my order (specifically stating I didn't want cocktail sauce). Person manning the drive through verbally confirmed. Received my order and the only sauce in the bag was cocktail sauce. No utensils included either.Wish this was the first time my drive-through order was incorrect, but it isn't.
Food is great as always but the employees here don’t even speak English. It’s difficult place your order when nobody here speaks English and you have a massive language barrier. Avoid the Popeyes off 122nd unless you want your order messed up
