However, I found the area around the food cart to be free of debris and any potential irritants. I also took a peek inside and it appeared that they maintain high standards, which reassured me about the hygiene and safety regarding cross-contamination in my pizza. **Menu: 5** This is where it really shines! If you're craving pizza, this is the go-to place. Unlike many pizzerias that overwhelm you with dough and skimp on toppings, their European-style crust is impressively thin and grilled to perfection. As a meat lover, I appreciate not having dough get in the way of the toppings. **Service: 5** The staff here are outstanding—very friendly and eager to help you customize your pizza just the way you like it. **Sustainability:** They offer quality products that can be hard to find in the area. As someone with a design background, I also appreciate the thoughtfulness and care put into the graphics on their cart, which reflects positively on their business practices compared to nearby competitors. **Unique Offering:** You have the option to order a personal-sized pizza, or go for a larger 12-inch pizza to share. Everything comes neatly boxed and ready for you to take away. **Improvements:** N/A **Failures:** N/A **Side Note:** My girlfriend appreciates the bandaid you provided—thank you!
Our pizza today was fantastic! The woman who served us was friendly and very accommodating. The truck is very clean and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be returning!
This pizza is nothing like the heavy, greasy varieties you might find after a night out. Instead, it's light and delicious, with a wonderfully thin, cracker-like crust that makes it easy to devour an entire box without feeling sluggish afterward. The owners are incredibly friendly and happy to offer recommendations or customize your order if you have a specific craving. The only downside—though it's not really their fault—is that the pizza is at its best when it's fresh off the grill, but there's no convenient place nearby to enjoy it. Without outdoor seating along the downtown sidewalks, you have to trek to the waterfront or back to your office, risking the crispy crust becoming a bit soggy during the journey. Let's hope Pulehu opens a permanent location soon!
Go here! Place is great friendly quick service...
