The lobster roll caught my attention, but I stayed for the wonderful atmosphere. The place has a cozy lodge vibe with its brick walls and old wooden accents, complete with comfortable couches and a warm fireplace. I ended up spending hours there during my trip and felt incredibly welcome. They offer local coffee, tea, and even a full bar. Located right in the city center, I highly recommend staying at the hotel across the street—it's adorable, and everything is very walkable. I would give it a 12/10!
The staff provided outstanding service from beginning to end. We kicked off our meal with their on-tap prosecco and a charcuterie board, both of which were fantastic! Next, we tried a selection of their cocktails alongside our main courses. We ordered the steak frites, shrimp and grits (our favorite), and the burger with Buffalo cauliflower. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious! Afterward, we relaxed on the couches by the fireplace and savored another cocktail. The atmosphere is perfect for socializing. We will definitely be back!
The atmosphere was unique and casual. We found a nice spot near the warm fireplace, which added to the experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The 33-cent soup was fantastic—definitely a must-try! The drinks, a Mai Tai and a Painkiller, were spot on. However, the food was a bit of a mixed bag. While some dishes were delicious, they were also quite salty. The fillet was cooked perfectly and was excellent! The potatoes were bursting with flavor as well. My wife ordered the shrimp and grits, and unfortunately, she found it way too salty. I'd recommend dining here but suggest asking them to go easy on the salt. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful!
Please hire more people. Please be nice to your staff. Please get a phone. Espresso was delicious.
Saw a sign for “coffee espresso” pointing us to Rigby Yard and popped in for a really delicious breakfast sandwich and masala chai latte in a comfortable setting.
