It was burnt, and so were the cookies. the salad was an abomination of ingredients that did not gel. the service was quite bad we were ignored most of the time. Except for the horrible food that was served to us after we got our seats, the movie experience was not bad. the service in theatre was good, but the service at the bar/restaurant was terrible. Overall, this place is a bit overpriced because you don 't get what you pay for. They are trying to be fancy and charge for it but they don 't take the time to dust. My wife and I saw many cobwebs amongst the glassware at bar just over our heads.
A nice cozy place for watching jazz. The food was good. The chairs suck, the are low back and very uncomfortable especially if you have back issues. It's a big entrance and no particular person seems to be greeting guests so you might have to wait a long time before someone asks you or you grab someone.
Food is gross, service sucked! Couches were comfy thou
Went for the jazz brunch. Music was great food was OK and service was unacceptable. Food took 1 hour to arrive, no refills on coffee, water, or updates on the status until we asked (servers were nice, but need to be trained in basic customer service skills). The omelettes and burger/fries were fine, but not the potatoes (like they sat under the warmer way too long). Based on the other reviews seen here, it seems like they should really try to make some changes. This place has potential to be a cool venue for music.
The music was fantastic and that is why I went again but for the second time the service and the food were terrible. If I hadn't gone up to ask for our appetizers more than an hour after we ordered them, we would have never gotten them. When I asked where our food was I was told my server was already gone. The food had been sitting for a while when brought over and was awful. Very small for the price as well. Even though I love to dance to Son de Cuba, I won't go back to Studio One.
