Thai Sky Kitchen - Portland

Horrible experience. The female asked if I wanted my Pad Thai mild, medium, hot, or very hot. I said Medium. It came to me extremely spicy. I could not even eat it and I tried. After sitting there sweating for a bit the young male waiter comes to the table and asks how the food is. I said it’s too spicy. And that I couldn’t eat it. He says “Oh Sorry” and walks away. Didn’t even care! Didn’t offer to replace it for ‘mild’ or no sauce. Nothing. Just walks away like nothing. I still had to pay for it no discount. I left a full plate of pad Thai on the table for the garbage. That’s not a good way to run a business. Because of the food and interaction with the uncaring staff I will not return. And that was my third visit to this place.

Everything here that I've ordered has been great! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you like Thai.

Food was decent, good vegan options. Service was so-so, server seemed impatient even though we were one of two parties present. This was the first restaurant we checked out in Portland and we were surprised that restaurants here are serving hot food on melamine/plastic.Food: 4/5

Over all everything was great. The flavors are amazing. The customer service was awesome. Down fall is the crab fried rice was full of shells. The dish I ordered was good not what I thought it was going to be. It was topped with some extremally chewy noodles. That may have just been the dish though. We will definitely be back but will order different food. Also the prices where really reasonable.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but their food is absolutely delicious! They also offer LOTS of options for customizing your dishes, including adding and subtracting ingredients, making dishes vegan or gluten free, etc.
