Interior Decor music are consistent with their Vietnamese Thai food business. Appetizers came out shortly after ordering Little crunchy egg rolls were delicious! The egg drop soup could use more flavor. I ended up adding more salt. Order: Pad Thai Lunch Special (comes with soup the appetizer of the day) I enjoyed the fried tofu, the pad thai was more on the sweeter side. The portions were HUGE. I took home the rest but it looked like I didn't even touch it! I wish I had shared it. Chicken Satay with peanut sauce BIGGEST chicken satay I've ever had! I liked the coconut milk addition to the peanut sauce I appreciated the table clean up as we finished our dishes. At the end of your meal you get sliced oranges! NO military discount
Delicious. one of our best meals in portland. in the rule they get frozen vegetables in these types of restaurants, but veranda noodle house used fresh vegetables and it was absolutely delicious. I had the veggie basil stir fry and my man huhn kicked rice. in the top 2 of our favorite meals in 5 days. a must in portland.
We, my man and I, stopped by, but they were closed/closed. the man who opened the kitchen and cooked us a delicious drunken noodle with pork. he could have told us we were coming back the next day, but he didn't. the food was fresh, hot and delicious. I will return definitiw if they are actually open.
Great choices for Thai food and some Vietnamese dishes too! super fast and friendly service!Definitely will be back.
Friendly staff and lots of choices. I am fussy so I had veggie tempura and sampler for 1 and hubby had mincemeat pho. Veggie tempura was very good, especially the fried broccoli and onion rings. On the sampler plate I really liked the crab rangoon and dumpling. Chicken wings were a bit overcooked and I didn't eat the beef or chicken stick as I don't like curry. Hubby said they were good. Other items weren't too bad. Hubby really loved his pho.
