I always have a great time here with family or solo, the food pairings are well thought out and every member of staff is happy to chat with you.

Madeline was a fantastic tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and guided our group through the tasting. The distillery tour was quite expansive. You must try their white dog! It stands on top of the rest.

I traveled from Chicago to visit this amazing restaurant. Everything here is outstanding—the quality of the food is phenomenal, and the staff is exceptional. Miles is exceptionally talented, and Jonathan's cocktails are simply incredible. This is definitely a place you should visit. Thank you for providing such a remarkable experience!

We've been really impressed with the classes that they offer. We've done the whiskey cheese pairing class and the cocktail making class. Both were really fun, educational, and well worth the money. The whiskey is also awesome and quite complex. Highly recommended to buy a bottle, get a distillery tour, or to take one of their classes.
