Slab - Portland

Slab is the best pizza I 've ever had, but it 's not what many of us have come to think of as pizza. The dough is thick but pillow-y (not heavy at all), the toppings on their classic 'Slab ' are only their own delicious pizza sauce and some quality cheese. That simple combo creates some of the most addictive food out there. If you are a lover or bread, you will love Slab. When they do feature other toppings on specialty pizzas, my wife and I have found them to be the best quality as well.

Food, service and tap list is always on point! Our favorite lunch destination as a family and the patio is so perfect on a sunny Maine day.

We have heard great things about Slab. We went this past Saturday night and sat at the bar. We had excellent service. We had never been and had questions about the menu and how to order the pizza. The bartender was very friendly, helpful and the pizza and beer were so good. We will def be going can and try some of the other menue items. Great place and great food and atmosphere. Parking is easy to.

Wonderful food, great beer list, and the service was spot on. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I've been there a few times. Driving up from Southern NH. Was there last had a speciality pizza, Mac and Cheese and Pepperoni flatbread. It was great. Also have been up and had a full Slab shared and that is good as well. I recommend it to anyone that hasn't tried it, to give it a shot
