First saw this place in a video on Facebook and thought why not go check it out since its pretty close.

I recently moved to Portland and just discovered this gem. Okay, it's a hole in the wall, but the food is terrific! Freshly made on the spot, the fish is not overly greasy, and portions are generous. I felt comfortable eating there, though the atmosphere is a bit grungy, but take-out would be another option.

We were in Maine for a week and couldn't go before we tried fish and chips. Susan's Fish Chips hit us! The melt-in-your-mouth, fluffy fish and crispy dough, with the house Teersauce and a splash of malt vinegar it was the perfect bite. You will not be disappointed!
