The Royal Hotel - Portland

I had the steak sandwich and my friend had the naked steak sandwich. Both were delicious. Very generous portions with large chips. The staff was very friendly. Nice and clean place. Will definitely go back!

A stay in Portland had a good meal at the Royal Hotel, and the atmosphere and staff were fantastic.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is excellent and the service is very good. Despite being fully booked on both occasions we went, the meals were consistently high quality and value for money.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Royal with friends who just pulled here. We were delighted to have treated her at the Royal for a meal. Great personal service and excellent pub fare!

Had a meal here with my family we ordered Steaks med rare which came out probably more medium but they still tasted great and the chips and salad were yummy we will definitely be back.
