Entrei neste estabelecimento para um almoço rápido antes de ir para o comboio. Típico restaurante/snack bar que oferece uns menus do dia em conta e alguns outros pratos rápidos.Acabei por pedir um menu de prato do dia, sopa e bebida. Estava saboroso, foi rápido a chegar e foi económico. Tudo o que precisava. O staff foi perfeitamente normal e bastante despachado, portanto penso ser uma boa alternativa para um almoço rápido ou um lanche, se optar pela parte de pastelaria.

Entre os locais ao redor da estação de Campanhã, este é um bom sítio para tomar café e lanchar qualquer coisinha antes de apanhar o comboio ... os preços sao os normais e o espaço foi renovado não há muito tempo.

Good service both times we visited. Very efficient coffee service in the morning. Convenient to Campanha train station and Metro stop. Exterior tables could use a bit of help. Hundreds of cigarette butts strewn about by 5:00p.m.

Food ok, bread and cheese typical of Porto, very good but service is way below local standard! Rude, slow, waiter seems annoyed he had to bring a menu and take an order. So as a typical tipping American, I was too annoyed to leave a tip...and I tend to over tip when traveling normally.

We know the area this cafe is situated in and on the whole its a cheap area to eat. This is a relatively new cafe and having looked at the board outside with reasonable prices, we decided to give it a try. The Special, as advertised should have cost 5 Euro's, Plate of the Day and a Soup. We asked for this menu. We had two veg soups and two Francesinha's. We were not shown a menu and we clearly asked for the advertised menu. When the bill came it amounted to a whopping 18.10 Euro's. This is utterly crazy for a cafe and the area. We did not have drinks. When we questioned the bill, we were told that the kitchen closes at lunch and so the special price does not operate at night. Absolutely no logic to their argument. This place is a total rip off joint. If you read other reviews, others have had a similar experience. Its a pity we had not read the reviews before trying. We will never set foot in this cafe again and I advise anyone thinking of going in, to find another cafe, and avoid this one.
