A must visit whether you decide to sit in and have a coffee with your natas or, as we did, take away and have them back at your apartment following some bread, tomato and cheese.
Delta Coffee in Porto is a gem we stumbled upon while searching for the best coffee in the area. It's conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from our accommodation. The drinks are top-notch, and the Pastel de nata is a must-try. While the prices are slightly higher, the quality and ambiance make it worthwhile. Highly recommended for a great coffee in Porto.
What a Beautiful Cafe across the street nearby the metro station, very cozy sweet and worth the visit you should check it out once you in Porto.
If the coffee and pastel de nata weren't absolutely perfect, this would have gotten a one star review. Overcomplicated system where the tickets are lost frequently in transit from the cashier to the server. Very long waiting time and all servers and baristas scowling at the customers.
OMG where do we start! After 5 days in Porto we had sampled quite a few of these Natas but not until today did we find the real and true meaning of these sweet little creatures. From watching the batter being made in the shop window to watching the forming of the pastry case I was simply mesmerised. We ordered coffees in the restaurant and sat down to enjoy these as a family. There were the best cooked versions we had tasted all holiday. We had some very undervalued and flavourless ones before finding these. We are only disappointed we found these on our last morning in Porto. We can only hope and pray we find another in Lisbon!
