We started off with a breakfast of hot buttered croissant, a milky coffee, a pastel de nata and an orange juice. All lovely and reasonably priced around €5. After a walk along the promenade and a sit down on the concrete jetty, we went back for homemade lunch. I had a homemade vegetable soup €1.40 very good. And a crab salad . Don 't be fooled, this is a crab stick salad €6.50. My husband and had the fish fillets which we think was battered cod and chips and also came with rice and a salad garnish €7. Very good. I also had one of the stiffest gin and tonics I 've had €5 and my other half had a Super Bok bottle. We finished with three mini pastries. The bill came to around €20. Bargain. Would definitely recommend and go back. It 's a perfect location, with a sea view and the vintage tram passes right in front.
Popped in while waiting for our tram back to main town glad we did very pleasant moment was spent just sitting outside enjoying lunch lovely food very good service excellent value
It is an average bakery, that serves basic breads (none gluten-free, unfortunately), coffee, sandwiches, cakes, and pastries. Staff is efficient , helpful and polite
Visited in May and just had the most delightful experience at this cafe! The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, complemented by the tasty and fresh pastries. The view overlooking the bay is a fantastic touch. Everything is spotless, but a minor issue with the restroom door slightly dampened the overall impression. Still, a great spot for a cozy coffee time!
My friend and I had a great lunch here! The service was so nice and the food was so good! Abrigado!
