Restaurant is one of the best in arraial, perfect self-service with great sorts of sweet and meat. the current local kitchen is a strong point of this place

It is a restaurant with many salates, and diferent teller, they serve what they want and pay for silo.

For the English redners out there who do not know Brazil, comida a quilo is a popular way to take lunch, to choose from a buffet and to pay weight of their teller. the quality of food can range from quite good to hard. portinha. is not bad at all, but I think the tripadvisor critics have set a low bar by doing this as something the best eating in the city. Salads/health options are disappointingly limited. but there is a large selection of hot main dishes, the Brazilian/Bahish specialties bobo de camerao, escondidinho, moqueca, bohnen, farofa etc. plus some Italian dishes. eating isn't bad, but it's nothing incredible either. medium road, with the focus more on quantity over quantity. this stands in strong contrast to the other (and curiously less poplar) comida quilo restaurant I have checked in the city rabanete, where the choices are limited, but eating has a real quality to house boiled taste on it. probably the cheap location of portinho makes it attraktiw. also the price is very reasonable.

Good quality and a great variety. from salads to fat food. the whole system works properly. very clean. the waiter (female and male) are vey friendly to help them. as a self-service restaurant is their work just to ask their drinks, but they do it right. it is a very beautiful place especially in a city on the sea

If you want a food with a good price, quality and location, Portinha is the restaurant. You pay per kilo. There are hot meals, salads, candies, Juices. Delicious food. It is open at 02pm thru 05pm, local time.
