I must say in advance that we have known the Corsicans so far without reservation as very cosmopolitan, helpful and sympathetic hosts, but the visit to this restaurant has so far exceeded anything we have experienced around...the world. Furthermore, I should mention that we usually eat vegan, but on vacation we also make exceptions and so especially on Corsica often eat vegetarian because vegan is almost impossible. So, assuming that we could eat a vegan pizza (just the vegetarian version without mozarella.. we reserved a table for four at the Palm Beach. After minutes waiting for the menu and another minutes to take the order, the waitress told us after returning from the kitchen that there was no pizza today. So short-term rescheduling and change to spaghetti with tomato sauce for the children and linguine with truffles for the adults (as a vegetarian compromise), whereby we pointed out to the waitress again that we are vegans and would need only a simple tomato sauce for the children. She reassured the kitchen again, so we changed the order accordingly. A salad plate was ordered as an appetizer. After another minutes, the main course arrived: Spaghetti Bolognese with meat and the linguine. The salad plate came after the main course. When we asked the head waiter, we were told that due to the high number of guests, cooking a pure tomato sauce was not possible. He then took our plates from the table and told us rather unkindly that we could otherwise visit the neighboring restaurants, where, by the way, we had already eaten several times without any problems, or go to the kitchen to cook the sauce ourselves. To keep our cool, we accepted the alternative offer (spaghetti with pesto for the kids). After consumption of the lukewarm meals as well as payment of euros for the evening, which was already disastrous up to that point, we still wanted to talk to the head waiter again, and address him on his behavior towards us as paying guests: mind you, we have never had to do anything like that before. Since after consultation of the head waiter with the patron neither an apology nor a small reparation in the sense of a coffee let alone a reduction of the amount came into question, we left the restaurant without further discussion. On the way to the exit, however, the patron pursued us and threatened several times to knock out my teeth, screaming in front of all the guests, because we should pay our bill. He had to be actively stopped from using violence by his staff. Repeatedly I stressed that we had already paid our bill! Also on the parking lot we were stopped again that the police was on the way. After this time my wife and I yelled that we had already paid, we were able to leave. Such impudence and contempt for the guests we have never experienced!

Extremely bad service in a such a nice restaurant. Waiters must improve to be polite to customers because you never want to be back to the place where staff is so disrespectful and rude

Which beach restaurant!all is the setting, staff, quality of the products offered, service, reception, speed, follow-up to our meal... definitely bravo to the whole team of the restaurant for your kindness and professionalism! (servers even ran in the sand to go from table to table, we could see that they all had their potential to satisfy each busy table)! The number of servers is impressive on a service... each has its task well and what makes the difference because we feel taken care of...During the meal we even come to discuss with see to you how the meat that see is maturation the meat that see are eating or how is cooked the langouste that you are eating (Langouste living at table with the weight of it) .un thanks all to the server that makes
