Emporium - Porto Velho

It is a large place with many tables inside (air conditioning) and outside. Local for drinks and apetizers as well as for complete meals. But patience is a virtue necessary because the service is slow. I recommend dourado aperitivo. I do not recommend filé aperitivo.

For the first time I visited this restaurant in June 2016. My friend and I had very good time. Staff is very individual, friendly and well maintained. The dishes and drinks are delicious. The chef looks at the wishes and preferences. We got the regulars there.

Emporium offers various types of dishes: salads, soups, fish, meat, chicken, sandwiches, appetizers, etc. You also have fruit juices from Amazonia and elsewhere, beer, etc. I ordered the Dorado fish with salad, rice and potato maize one day and a pumpkin soup with stone cheese...(it is light cheese produced in northeast Brazil) another. Both were delicious and plentiful. It's a little expensive, but the food is good. It service is also good and the place has a beautiful atmosphere. It is located in the Hype street of Porto Velho. Inside there is air conditioning and outside you can enjoy live music and drinks beer. You don't open for lunch, just for dinner. I think they open at 6:00.
