Annabelle's Ice Cream - Portsmouth

As others have mentioned, the Graham Central Station ice cream (made with graham cracker) is incredible and lives up to the hype! The Mocha Mud Pie, featuring mocha ice cream with Hydrox cookies and pure chocolate chips, was delicious and made for a fantastic second scoop. For all the peanut butter fans out there, you have to try the Peanut Butter Fantasy, which includes peanut butter ice cream, fudge swirls, and Reese’s peanut butter cups—it's amazing! I drove down from Maine just to try this place and plan to return for a day of shopping and, of course, more ice cream at Annabelle's before our vacation ends. The food is fantastic, and the desserts are delightful! (Updated) We went back for another round! This time, I paired Raspberry Chocolate Chip with Caribbean Coconut. The coconut was refreshing, while the raspberry had just enough chocolate to feel indulgent. We also tried New Hampshire Pure Maple Walnut with Chocolate Chip infused with Kahlua, and both were sweet and smooth, hitting just the right notes!

I recently visited this classic ice cream shop near the Portsmouth harbor for the second time. Currently, they only offer takeout service. They have an extensive selection of flavors, and my lemon sorbet was fantastic! It can be a bit challenging to locate if you're not familiar with the area since it's tucked away down an alley, but it's definitely worth the effort. Treat yourself to a visit!

The best ice cream! They accept both cash and cards! I tried the white pistachio flavor, and it was amazing!

The upper end for ice cream pricing. I had high hopes for this place but was sorely disappointed. The ice cream tasted more watery than creamy. The regular two scoop is about $6. If you want a waffle cone that?s about $1 extra. Good assortment of flavors but I did not find the quality to be there. Friendly prompt window service. Disappointing product.

I grabbed some ice cream at Tugboat Alley, placing my order through the window while waiting in line outside. They only accept debit and credit cards, no cash! The ice cream was absolutely delicious!
