So, back to the deal: when we went to order, we weren’t sure how to proceed. I chose a burrito while my husband opted for a bowl. I got nearly every ingredient, including chicken and beef, in my burrito. However, when the employee went to wrap it, she struggled and only rolled one side before flipping it over. It wasn’t rolled properly at all! When we went to pay, the total with two drinks came to $38.00! There’s no way it should have been that high. We had her adjust the bill, but then she told us we still had to pay extra for the queso and guacamole, which hadn’t been mentioned as additional charges when we ordered. They were included with the other ingredients! We ended up paying the correct amount, but the employee kept insisting that was all she could do, and both she and the guy working there were quite moody. It felt like we were trying to avoid paying for our food, as if she was doing us a favor. We should have walked out then because it was clear that we owed what we were charged, and that was it. I can’t shake the feeling that they were trying to scam us. I wonder how many other customers unknowingly get ripped off. To make matters worse, the food was awful—bland and tasteless, even with the sauces. My burrito fell apart completely on my plate, and I couldn’t even eat the tortilla; all I could do was scrape out the contents. We were the only ones dining inside, and now I understand why. I was so disappointed with this experience. We will never return!

The chicken I had was both mushy like canned meat and overcooked.

I have become one of your best customers...at least one to two times per week. This is the second time I have ordered online $32.70 and not gotten what I ordered. Portion sizes are smaller than what they were.Last time we went there even though the prices have raised. other than that it still tasted
