Contribuisci feedbackI go here every few weeks or at least once a month and I can say without a doubt that they have never really got my order. Be it for objects that they neglect to give me (mix ins/flavors/correct size of objects) or just straight up give me other people commands. All three out of five times I'm going to go her ice machine down here. The staff can sometimes be very short to the bottom right rude. I was here a few days ago and waited in the line for the ride wait over 15 minutes (on the front of the line) just to keep for a minute, people behind me began to leave. I waited for another 5 and drove to an order kiosk and was told that they only drive thru or preorders via the sound app. I told them I waited over 20 minutes in the car thru. I was hit with oh, okay and no answer. I finally ordered the sound app and the order was confirmed, but took another 20 minutes to get out. I'm waiting for this place for almost an hour and when I came home, the things I had paid before weren't shaking in my friends or eating. I paid ~4 dollars for various charges / charges and got 1 of them (~50 cents). This is not the first time this happened. I could probably order a complete meal with the money for stuff I paid and don't get back. Hands down the worst sound I've ever been. Return a full star for a male night shift employee who routinely tries to make settings for his employees or get orders wrong, he needs a lifting haha.
Me? ve had this experience a few times and today was finally enough. I don't sit less than 3-5 minutes on the ride without confirmation. Now I get it, everybody's short. But you just have to say I'm with you.? Then, if you take your order, take the food forever and a day to get out and it's always cold. I'm not trying to be Karen and I'm never going to make bad reviews, but that was for me. I never have this problem at other sonic locations.
It gets a star because there is no option for 0 stars. It doesn't matter who you order on the app or directly in the store they can?t get an order in much less correct. I highly recommend that you go asnic as I (also) somewhere else, because your time at this place wasted
Who wants to eat with hot dog, he looks like 100% chaos. Why is the ketchup not under the hot dog or on the side of the hot dog, why is it zigzag on top also above the top of the bungalow
Not sure how this place stays open . The whole idea of Sonic growing up was to go there and park in the parking spots , order from your car , someone comes up on roller blades or skates , eat in your car and have a good ole time . Even the kids could walk there and eat at the tables .... Old school was fun .... This place ??? heck no . Service was horrible , ALL of the lanes were closed , when we went it was EMPTY no one was there . We parked and attempted to order and was told that it was drive through only . The drive through system was broken or the person wasnt paying attention . They either didnt want to listen or could not hear us . It took for ever for our order to come out with ZERO people in front of us . Then our order was wrong on top of everything . While we were there a couple kids walked up and attempted to order from the tables out front and were IGNORED ...... Not trying to be a Karen , Ken or Kevin but this place was horrible and we will not be back . Cant even blame it on Covid or being short staffed . There was literally no other customers there until the kids walked up and no one was wearing mask , which doesnt matter . Just attempting to learn why this place is being ran into the ground . The owner needs to up his her game cause this Sonic sucks . Sorry for being rude but dang the truth needed to be said .
