Ordered the Mediterrranean bowl. Portion side was fine, a little too much quinoa. It needed more colorful ingredients. The quinoa maybe weighed the dish down a bit. The spicy pumpkin seed is a little more powerful for my friend's palate. So if you can't really handle spice, eliminate the pumpkin seeds or have them on the side. Maybe add some pine nuts and mushrooms and maybe some carrot and red peppers for a pop of color. Otherwise the portions were more than satisfactory and the ambiance of the restaurant was nice, with ac and iced lemon water.
I loved this place!! They have a ton of healthy, fresh, and creative food options. The inside was super aesthetic and bright. We ordered the Red Dahl bowl (totaled $18) to split between two people (to save stomach space for lobster rolls). It was absolutely delicious red lentil curry, roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, coconut chips added for a crunch, tomato jam. So many flavors! Portions were pretty big and food came out pretty fast! Definitely want to come back and try their other food drinks.
Beautiful little restaurant overflowing with vibrant green plants and fresh flowers. The food was excellent. I got the sweet potato and adzuki bean dish, and my father got the garlic tahini bowl. The servings were huge as well. It was like healthy food made to taste like comfort food.
Even if you're not a vegetarian, you will love it. The banh mi is made with oyster mushrooms but offers the satisfaction of meat. The tea and coffee are outstanding, probably the best in Portsmouth. The Petal Power is my absolute favorite. Order at the counter and wait for food to be delivered. The service is consistently friendly and efficient. There are two booths that seat 4 right by the window which is great for people watching! They have tons of beautiful green plants that are very healthy, I have no idea how they water them
