Toro Loco - Portsmouth

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I make it a point to eat there at least once a week because the food is consistently good. They offer a wide variety of options, from shrimp to hamburgers, and everything is delicious. The staff is friendly and quick to serve, ensuring you get your food promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Portsmouth!

We moved to the area in December and were searching for a good Mexican restaurant. So far, it has been hit or miss; some places were decent, while others reminded us of Taco Bell. After this meal, we've stopped our search! The dishes were very tasty and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous enough that we had leftovers for a second meal, and they were definitely worth it. We decided to try this place because of its Google rating, and we’re so glad we did!

The staff was friendly and the service was exceptional! Food delivery was incredibly fast! We had a family gathering with 20 members, and the service was lightning quick. Thank you! Update: On 5/20/22, we returned and they didn’t disappoint! They even sang happy birthday to my son!

Place was very clean. Service was very quick and friendly even though they were fairly busy. Price was very decent for the amount of food we got. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.
