Bella Pizza - Portsmouth City

Pay NO mind to the bad reviews as I’ve bn eating here for a while and their food is great!!!! The salads are awesome I can eat off of it for 2 days and the lettuce stays fresh, I don’t kno how. The gyros and pizza are like being home again .... it’s NY style. The 2 things I missed most about NY finally here. I’ve actually watched them prepare my food and they’re very clean and that’s a plus for me. They’re also very nice people.

Pizza and wing special 12.99. Delivered 20.00 including tip. Quoted 45 minutes and delivered in 33. Well worth the price. Would recommend and even saved their phone number in my phone. The crust was a little thinner than I expected but was delicious!

The woman pretends she doesn't want to be there with this attitude Smirk. We asked her how long it would take to get a pizza and she says 6-7 minutes and we wait almost 45 minutes. Then we drink half cups. Then our pizza got wrong, but it wasn't to go back because we were late.

Order a $70 online 10:30 for delivery at 11:45 for a business lunch presentation I had from 12-12:30 in the area. I called at 11:51 because it had not arrived and I went back to the present, the employee said it was almost done and would deliver soon! The pizza came only after 12:30 when I left. I called and spoke to the manager or owner he refused to help or take responsibility or offer a refund and hanged on me, I contacted Slice and if sliced Bella also hanged on him. Extremely disappointed by such bad customer service and treatment.
