Burger King - Portsmouth City

Went to this location to order food at the drive thru and the girl already had an attitude when she asked what I wanted to order. Clearly she was having some kind of bad day but don’t catch an attitude with me because you feeling some type of way. Learn to treat customers with better respect especially when they have done nothing wrong.

Bad service the food is not cooked the lady that takes the order was yelling and there kethchup is all open the whole building is dirty if you eat here you will get sick if inspectors come to this location they will shut them down i dont recomend this

The staff messed up my food tried to serve me cold food and had a nasty attitude about having to remake

I ordered at the drive-thru and got to the window and forgot to add an extra frying pan. The heavyset brownskin lady at the window said I couldn’t add anything at the drive thru window. I never heard of such a thing and I know she was lying, also had a young lady behind her all on her cell phone not doing anything but I can’t add an extra fry to my order because ???? Horrible service and will not return again.

The standard poor service and mediocre food of fast food establishments in this area.
