Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered as a mobile order and it took them 35-40 minutes to come outside to give my order which was wings and a sandwich they gave me the wrong size of fries and didn’t give me my drink but after waiting that long I didn’t even care. Customer service was horrible they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing and it was even busy

Drive through was closed at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, we went in to dine and they didn’t have much to

So this was actually my very first time having Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I placed an online order and still had to was 30 mins to get order. The food was great, fresh. I will definitely try again at another location.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. The employees are absolutely rude and disrespectful. They truly hate their job and pray nobody comes inside. Employees out in parking lot in a car by front door smoking weed. Food cold and takes forever. Asked manager how long for wings she act like I asked her to borrow money. Stay away go to another establishment causer they trifling as hell and could care less about customers. Go to chic filet they know how to treat people.
