The service was great and the food was good. I had the steak poutins. was slower when we were there. daytime?

Our waitress was extremely nice and very helpful. The menu has some interesting items and an extensive liquor list. The band was fun for a loud, casual night out.

The food and service were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place. They make their own ice! We tried the sliders, which were the best I’ve ever had. There’s also an outdoor seating area that is very pleasant.

I had a great experience at Clippers Tavern in downtown Portsmouth, NH. It’s the kind of place where everyone seems to know each other. The service was excellent, even though the staff was a bit underutilized. The food was fantastic—everything from the burgers to the Nashville hot chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We also ordered two fried chicken sandwiches, which were homemade, not frozen! I highly recommend Clippers Tavern.

Clipper Tavern feels like a second home to me. It brings back memories of my high school days, with all the pictures and hunting trophies on display. The owner is incredibly laid-back, and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is crafted by a skilled chef, and while the music can be a bit loud, that only adds to the lively atmosphere. They're open every day of the year, serving food until 1:00 AM, so you can enjoy sports and karaoke whenever you like. Plus, the friendly clientele makes for a welcoming environment!
