Contribuisci feedbackUse to be a very very good KFC but the last month or two is has absolutely gone off the rails. The stuff behind the counter who serve the food are so so rude it’s unbelievable it’s always the same 2 they are always screaming and shouting just throws the food in your bag with no care what so ever and if you eat in it’s the same just chucks it on the tray. They can’t even be bothered to say thank you or even say hello or anything down them lines. The food it self is okay it’s just the same 2 members of stuff who are behind the counter and it’s always the same 2 behind there! Terrible service
I waited for 35 minutes in the drive-thru before finally being able to place my order. When I reached the order point, I was told to wait. I waited for an additional 10 minutes while overhearing staff members swearing and complaining about customers because they hadn't turned off their headsets. Eventually, I was told to place my order at the window, but they were missing several items from my order. When I decided to go elsewhere due to their poor service, they simply said, "oh well" when I refused to pay.
Literally the worst place, rubbish everywhere about 10 staff and no customers but they just talking to themselves instead of taking order, seemed to be annoyed at us because they ran out of the drink we wanted and we just said replace it, acted like we was a burden to them Mouse and rat traps all around outside of building, stinks of oil that’s been used all day every time you walk past, food was the worst I ever had couldn’t even eat it, how is this place even still open?
I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Our order was delayed by half an hour after we placed it. Transaction number: 8235. This was a Dine-In service and the experience was very poor.
Constantly inconsistent with the food, no point ordering any extras because you won’t get them 9 times out of 10, how it’s still open baffles me…
