Pizza Hut - Portsmouth

The woman who delivered our order was very friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the cookie dough. The ice cream was a bit melted, but that's no fault of the restaurant staff. It came in a small container.

A few weeks ago, we placed an order at this restaurant and it was incorrect with several issues. However, my husband spoke with them and they were very apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right. They offered us a credit for our next visit. Today, when we placed another order, the woman who took our call was very nice, polite, and helpful. When the delivery person arrived, he was incredibly friendly and cheerful. Every company makes mistakes occasionally, but they really went the extra mile to fix it, and the staff today were fantastic.

I had no issues with the delivery or the quality of my order. Even though I forgot to include my address, they still managed to deliver it successfully. This is my favorite fast food restaurant by far.
