Food is so authentic and there’s just nothing like it ! Not in Portsmouth, not anywhere!! So glad we have found this place, will 100% be coming back. Treated so well by all staff and the food I could eat everyday and not get bored !! You definitely need to try if you haven’t already. Don’t even get me started on the dumplings, the patties !! I have never really enjoyed coleslaw but the small island one is to die for !!

My friend Kate brought me to this restaurant to celebrate her husband Art's birthday. She loved the food so much that she recommended it to me right away. Last week, while visiting Portsmouth, I decided to try out this restaurant as it came highly praised. I was not disappointed. The warm welcome we received was exceptional, as if we were greeting old friends. We opted for a takeaway on this occasion and found the portion sizes to be generous. Every dish was flavorful and delicious, especially the Curry Goat, Rice and Peas, plantain, and Jerk Chicken. Even my children couldn't get enough of the food, they were licking their plates clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning for a sit-down meal next time.

As soon as I walked in, I felt the positive energy. As soon as I ate the food I knew I made the right choice coming here. Keep doing what you are doing and no doubt I will be back

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with a group of 7 people. The goat curry was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and had a warm, family-like atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

We absolutely love this restaurant and frequent it often! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It deserves more recognition as the best Caribbean restaurant in Portsmouth!
