Fyre 'n Ice - Portville

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. We went in after a town parade and ordered a palzone and a calzone. My palzone had barely half a piece of meat, a few tiny onion pieces, some lettuce, and a lot of mayo, all for $12. It's a real disappointment, especially since Portville is such a small town!

This is authentic brick oven pizza, and it's absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it! Food: 5/5

We ordered online tonight. We were not impressed and probably won 't go back. We ordered two salads, a panzone and a taco pizza. I even left a tip with the online order. My wife went to pick it up and there were no salads. She was told Someone left the lettuce out and it..um...died . There should have been a phone call informing us of this immediately when the order was recieved! Then after a moment of awkwardsness the counter person asked if my wife wanted a refund for the salads. That should have been already understood and ready when she aeeived. The whole order should have been refunded in my opinion. So two of my family didn 't get their order tonight. The panzone was pretty small and didn 't have much inside. The taco pizza is the only reason for 2 stars.

(New Customer) Using the online menu pricing with tax our order should have been $30.Two pizzas cost over $50. (One topping large and five topping gluten free)Was told new owners changed pricing but had not changed the menu online.I will never return as a customer.

This was our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last. The pizza was exceptional, and the other dishes our group ordered were equally delicious. You should definitely give this place a try! Food rating: 5/5.
