Jitterz Espresso - Post Falls

My morning go-to! Bri, Grace and Kas are always attentive and know my order before I reach the window, they are personable and always remember the last conversation we had, asking about how life is going with my business and having enjoyable morning banter! The drinks are always on point and consistent- I always go out of my way to get my drinks from these ladies! :

I work for a large company and we enjoy a variety of drinks, this location does not have a working phone to pre-order, and when you pull up and have multiple drinks the girls are very annoyed very rude and there's never a time that something's not messed up. I have made a complaint in the past but nothing seems to get resolved there are many frustrated people because they're good drinks but the service is just not there I don't know who manages the place but things are always rudely said as well and that's horrible customer service it's very unfortunate. Especially for the amount of money that is spent there.

This is fast becoming my favorite coffee shop. Every time I have stopped by, the staff has been friendly, the coffee has been excellent, and the one time that I wanted an energy drink, they helped me to find one just right for my need. Best of all, they did all of this quickly and eliminated the short line in front of me and much less time than I would have thought. Great work!

I am a regular here because of how great the girls are and the consistency of drinks food. Today we went and everything was fantastic! We love their bagels, burritos, cold brew, and zipfizz!

Used to be my go to stand, sadly it has gone downhill. My protein shake was separated and tasted like water. Couldn't even drink it, I believe I talked to the manager about it and she said it is because they were out of banana, she wasn't nice about it either. I just ended up finding a new stand close by that makes it right and haven't went back since.
