New York Pizza Dept - Post Falls

We’ve frequented this restaurant for years back when it was “Nate’s New York Pizza” on Highway 41. In our opinion, both my wife’s family and I prefer this new location (along with its new name , mainly because now there’s a very good beer selection. The shelves on the west side have a really impressive Belgian/European traditional beer selection with quite a lot of imports (along with local barrel-aged favorites like Seattle’s Fremont . In addition to way more space in this old outlet mall, there’s also a fantastic beer glass assortment on the east side (e.g. Pilsner, Hefeweizen, Thistle, Tulip, etc. . All-in-all, New York Pizza Dept is doing a great job and worth a stop if you enjoy large pieces of thin crust pizza by the slice!

I thought the pizza was ok, needed to be cooked a little longer. The wings are really good!!! This place is very expensive but worth it for the amount of food you get. The staff are not too chatty but I prefer that. It's very clean inside. The bathrooms are far away in a out of site long hallway so watch your children as always.

Great pizza, wings and the rib tips were great also. Only addition that would be nice is maybe some TVs with sports.

Oh my goodness, I didn’t take any photos of the food, but this pizza is absolutely delicious! It's huge and reasonably priced! I give it five stars! We love their pizzas, their cheese bread, the root beer, and the cozy indoor kitchen. It's impressive! They also show great patriotism with many flags displaying thin color lines. If you ask about them, they provide a handout that explains the significance of each one, showing support for the police, military, paramedics, fire brigade, and more. If you enjoy drinks, they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. Please help spread the word about this place! It used to be on Route 41, and while it’s a bit off the beaten path, with enough buzz, we can support it here too. God bless! My husband took some photos while I was checking out.
