There was no ketchup today. And I think they're short staff because the lady both ride through and go to customers. We needed some time to get our orders. But the food was okay.

Counter service was great, and so was the product. They only close at 22h00 on a Sunday, but at 20h30, I couldn't pre-,order on the app anymore. Why?

Your employees at KFC on Govan Mbeki Drive refuse to wear masks when dealing with people 's food and have a bad attitude to customers pointing it out. The front staff wears masks but everyone in the kitchen by the drive through is mask less and say they have short breath I don 't think I need to mention how repulsive this behaviour is. KFC might not be a fine dining restaurant, but you still have an obligation to keep customers safe. The person we dealt with specifically is Matilda.

Had a good experience here drive Trhough line was long, but is shed load and they had a generator so they could still serve their customers.
