Kleines Schloss Cafe & Restaurant

After a walk from the glienicker bruecke, this is a welcoming place to sit outside and have a coffee with wonderful views over the water in the direction potsdam. fantastic!

We recently visited berlin, potsdam and babelsberg deutschland. it is not the first visit in berlin. the last time we visited, when the wall came down. since this time there are so many changes. so much that it is almost unrecognizable. the area that was in the former ddr babelsberg was the original home of the film industry before the first world war that closed here in babelsberg is currently approaching a complete restoration program. it's worth a visit. the gardens are beautiful. it lies at the distance of the havel. it looks like one of the fairytale castles that are often displayed on Disney films. it was the summer residence of the king of Prussia. there are fountains and gradations . in the park there is a small castle. that is a restaurant. I can recommend this to every visitor. the coffee and the selection of the diners were excellent. the staff was always so friendly and friendly. this small castle is located on the edge of the deep. you can sit and watch the pleasure craftsmanship on the lake. there are lush homemade cakes, torts, quiches and hearty soups available and all to very cheap trips.

The small castle in the babelsberg park is now a tee room and a very good one. they serve warm food (so good for lunch, according to the number of families we have eaten there), as well as a really good selection of homemade cakes. The...service is excellent: efficient and English. it is an ideal place to relax after a walk through the park.

Beautiful little caffe from a potsdamer palast. great chilled vibe and very nice staff. no English menu that makes it a bit difficult for min germanen, but the staff all speak well English so can explain the dishes. every day there is a lunch...special and a daily suppe vegan or not vegan. I had the vegan with tomato and it was delicious. a minus is that the service was very slow, but it is worth for the big eat. if they are looking for a delicious, cheap eating in a beautiful environment in potsdam, go here!
