Contribuisci feedbackNever made it down to Gastro Park unfortunately..... but not to worry because our lunch was absolutely amazing.... every dish was better than the previous one. The banana dessert was to die for. Great friendly service...... we'll most definitely be back ????????
The 7 course degustation was simply beautiful. Each dish more stunning than the last. The dishes are small portions but after 7 courses I was full, and I'm a big eater. Outstanding restaurant for a romantic evening, can't fault it.
Absolutely worth every dollar especially if you enjoy great food.Importantly this place has great, down to earth service.Starve yourself because the best choice dinner is the 7 course degustation. An excellent selection and importantly you should not feel full around the 5th course.This was a birthday celebration so a great reason to celebrate with great food:- Scallop & pomegranate ceviche is like raw fish - "cooked" by marinading in fruit juices - yum.- Spanner crab, pork pebbles and smoked macadamia is tantalising theatre - makes you feel good to be alive!- Liquid butternut gnochi with mushroom broth - you HAVE to experience something like this at least once in your life! Magic! Favourite.- Roasted wild jewfish with skin and scale cracker is the stuff of top chefs.- Slow cooked beef from Jacks Creek has you wanting more - so tender and bursting with flavour.- Chocolate honeycomb and vanilla sphere is a nice counterbalance to all that has gone before. So yumMUST DO before this place closes.What a shame!
I went to Gastro Park for a long lunch because I was in between 2 doctors' appointments at the hospital with nothing better to do - and I ended up having the best meal I've had in a very long time! The bittersweet part is that its last service will be on 20/5/17. I have already booked a table for some of my foodie friends before it closes!
Just perfect.. We took the Menu 10 courses with wines: it was an amazing experience! Wines were perfect, food so delicate and unique! I want to go back there asap!
